Artist Detailed Info: Tip Jar

Tip Jar is a roots band with a singer-songwriter heart from The Netherlands. It is essentially the project of singers and songwriters Bart de Win and Arianne Knegt, involving their musical friends from all over the world. Songs about love and life. Their musical style has been described as "americana on the hippie side of country, influenced by pop and jazz."

Having recorded a couple of duets for Bart's solo albums, the two discovered that their voices blended in a natural way. They decided to create room for a duet based collaboration and that's how Tip Jar was born. Bart and Arianne started to write songs together.

Since the release of Back Porch (2014) Tip Jar has put out five more studio albums, the most recent one being Songs About Love and Life on the Hippie Side of Country (2022). They also released a live album.
