TEPR is Tanguy Destable from Morlaix, France. He plays keyboard in the group Yelle, and has made himself more well known for his remix of the group's "A Cause des Garçons".

He has released The Deadly Master of Rappers From Hell (2003), Côte Ouest (2005) and En direct de la côte (2006)

Hypnotease (2015) was developed over 5 years and released on Yuksek's Partyfine label. The follow-up, Half Below EP, was released in October of the same year.
