Twenty-two-year-old Gavin Brown is a musician in the making. He got his start in the music world at the age of fourteen when he became the drummer for a teenage garage metal/grunge band. Feeling dissatisfied with always playing drums to whatever anyone else wanted him to play, Gavin sought to start making music on his own. He obtained a Yamaha keyboard and started teaching himself how to play it, and eventually discovered the program FL Studio (then version 6.0), which he has now used for nearly eight years to make music of many different genres. As an individual who is unfamiliar with himself, he is currently learning just what kind of music he actually enjoys making, and thus has a sound that evolves constantly. He is also a singer/songwriter, and occasionally writes his own lyrics and records them. As such, he is open to collaboration.
