Artist Detailed Info: Scurious

Scurious is a four-piece band from Munich that was founded in 2006. Rolf Revilak (drums), Phillip Martini (bass) and Michael Hölzel (guitar) are literally a well-rehearsed team and have found their very own sound over the years. It would be difficult to pack this style into a clear genre drawer, since it consists of at least three genres at the same time. So, without further ado, they invented their own: DropMetalCrossRock, DMCR for short, captivates with Michi's powerful riffs and memorable solos, Phills virtuosity on bass and Rolf's varied rhythm. The band was only completed after a long search, which ended in May 2013. Singer Natalia Bagatelas introduced herself, and it was love at first note, so to speak. Since then she has been lending her voice to the old and now also new songs, and with a passion that causes goosebumps.
Scurious can already look back on an impressive number of gigs with the current line-up, the Club Wakuum in Graz, the Backstage, the Garage Deluxe, the Glockenbach Werkstatt and the Sunny Red in Munich are just a few of them.
The four Bavarians are always passionate about their work - to touch fans with their music, to be carried away and to have a lot of fun is the hip goal. There are three songs from Scurious to hear soon on their EP "Cold Day In Hell", which will be released on December 6th, 2013.
