Pelfekin is a one man band created by Alexander Metallinos known as Alexander Runes.
It all Started in the 28th day of a hot August at 2012 in Athens, when Dimitris Porfyris had traveled from Corfu to visit Alexander and stay for two mounths at his house so they can finish their project album called ''Echoes of Sorrow''.July was so lame,hot and full of troubles they waste all their money to parties and drinks, they couldnt sleep because of their annoying neighbours was keeping them awake, and ofcourse the Project was standing still.So in 18 july they made it to the vocal recordings but the was unhappy of the final mixes of the songs, Alexander recording with the help of Dimitris the first song called ''Skyrunner''.The heat of the summer was intolerable so they said ''THATS IT WE CANT DO THIS ANYMORE'', but the same night they was fooling around with the mixing-PC and they made some groooove beats, Alexander was so happy about the ease of making electronic music that he called Dimitris and an other friend called Afroditi at the terrace of the building to talk about what he had in mind for a project and ofcourse to drink until morning. Alex had his guitar playing and he found the melody of ''Dont stop Believin'' but the idea was found by his friend Afroditi when he asked her about and idea of this melody.''Dont stop believin'' was recorded that days and a sloppy video clip was capturted too, Alexander the day after the record found the name ''Pelfekin'' was ''perfect'' for this style.Nowdays Dimitris Porfyris lives in Corfu and Alexander in athens, Pelfekin is somehow died but now in 06 of August 2013 Alexander trying to Ressurect from the dead ''Pelfekin'' not as it was (A pop Electro band) , but as Alexander's style is, Psychedelic/stoner Electro band.''Pelfekins'' come back is signed by Blacktone Indepedent Music Productions and offcourse of a new single song called Evily's Dollhouse.
Nowdays Pelfekin has a new member the singer Maria xeirdari known as Marian X.
