1) Onibaba - Quintet formed in Los Angeles by Daren Burns in 2006 consisting of woodwinds, trombone, guitar, bass, and drums. Original line-up included Ori Barel on sax, Ian Carroll on trombone, Tyler Yamin on guitar, Daren Burns on bass, and Ingo Deul on drums. In 2009 the musical direction was changed slightly and new line-up includes: Vinny Golia/woodwinds, George McMullen/trombone, Scott Collins/guitar, Daren Burns/bass, and Craig Bunch/drums. They are also accompanied by live video performed by Kio Griffith

2) Onibaba - Obscure trio featuring Mike Patton, Zach Hill, and Kid 607. They recorded one 44 minute and 43 second long, improvised song live at Slim's in San Francisco on November 5th, 2004.
