MSR can refer to three artists:

1. Minimum System Requirements or MSR are a drum'n'bass/breakbeat band from Croatia that is specific for using only accoustic instruments, drums, bass & guitar. They also have a female vocalist with a mellow-sweet voice.

2. MSR can also refer to Mostar Sevdah Reunion, a Bosnian musical ensemble playing sevdah and gypsy music. The band was formed by Dragi Šestić in Mostar in 1998 in Music Center Pavarotti. The band started out as a group of local, talented and experienced musicians -old friends , who made a reunion in summer 1999 for the recording of the first album. Their first CD was released 1999. Since then they became a real world music attraction performing on various world music festivals and receiving a number of music awards

3. MSR - short for 'mad sexy Ruben'- is a DJ from Eindhoven, the Netherlands, famous for succesfully blending electro, house and indie music into a flavoursome mix
