Artist Detailed Info: Mepth

Mepth is the one-man project of Maycon Douglas, from Brasília, Brazil, which explores a multitude genres such as Atmospheric, Shoegaze, Sadcore, and Depressive Suicidal Black Metal (DSBM). Its compositions are deeply melancholic, addressing themes of loneliness, despair, and existential horror, with immersive arrangements that create an intense emotional connection with the listener. Mepth has remained active since its formation and operates independently without a record label. Maycon Douglas Lopes de Moura is in charge of the band as he creates all instruments and vocals. 

The band has released several demos and singles over the years, culminating in its first full length album Raízes da Agonia in 2025.
