What can one say about these half-god like people who seem to have stranded on Earth because heaven was getting a bit crowded after 911 , war on terror , tsunamies , hurricanes , earth quakes, teenage-social-network-suicides and emos? A lot actually. Where to start? Well , first of all Glowmob are a band that play their own songs. Glowmob are Bibi , Claus, Hauke and Fred. Glowmob are loud , Glowmob are fucking brilliant! Sometimes they do play, sometimes they don’t, sometimes they stop in the middle, and sometimes they are being stopped by the Ordnungsamt. But when they play it is always finger licking good. Glowmob have played with many bands in different places and will keep playing with many bands in many different places despite the end of the world forecasted for 2012. (Roland Emmerich you are the god of special effects but when it comes to plots you're a real tosspot) They have played with The twelve Tenors , Aerosmith and bands that actually were cool but shall not be named for copy right reasons. A world tour is planned for 2013 , and Glowmob want to be the first band to play on the dark side of the moon, UNPLUGGED! Glowmob’s music is: guitars , voices , beats … You cannot compare Glowmob with any other band because Glowmob is like no other band. Saying : "the closest thing would be the amigos* but only if there was four of them" is bollocks. Glowmob’s music is some kind of electro punk rock something but different and unique. “You’ve gotta see it to believe it” said Stewie Wonder after Glowmob’s gig at the Oscar’s in 2005. So yeah , just go see them , visit their myspace profile , send them obsene emails until they send you a demo cd and above all : tell all your mates about them , cause they rock like it was Lunch time in the stone age…. .
