Artist Detailed Info: Emboar

Emboar is a two piece experimental band from Burnsville, Minnesota, comprised of members Apo and Teq-9. Originally a metal band, the group threw away their amps and instruments in favor of a more earthy, natural sound. Using the money from selling their possessions, they bought and restored a burnt down barn from an old potbellied pig farm, earning them their name. This is where they set up studio and recorded their first album, Apple Bar, in 2010.

Due to the mysterious nature of the founding members, not much else is known about them or their true identities. They’ve been releasing the tracks to Apple Bar song by song, with the final one being released via various P2P networks on July 17, 2010.
