Down In One are a four piece, southern metal band from Nottingham, UK. They were formed around December 2013 from a common desire to play loud, party hard and decimate eardrums with groovy, sludgy, heavy metal.

The lineup consists of Gon Pan on vocals, James Allsop on guitar, Paul Whitwell on bass and Jimmy Pierce on the drums, and they are influenced by bands such as Pantera, Mötley Crüe, Black Label Society, Metallica, Thin Lizzy, Black Sabbath and Mastodon.
