From the age of 8 to 18, was living in California (Hollywood),
his father being a music producer for people like Stevie Wonder, EarthWind&Fire, Sun...

While being there, he was struck by the emerging rap scene with artists like Shugarhill Gang, Grandmaster Flash,
Afrika Bambataa and movies like Beat Street, and knew from that point on , that he would be a part of it.
