Warakie took his first steps into music at the age of 9 hearing for the first time that magical sound coming out of a wooden cabinet when black and white keys in front of it were played in any significant order. Daddy's records ranging from the Beatles to Philip Glass shaped his ears while classical music developped a kind of routine in playing and enjoying music.
