There are multiple artists with this name:

1) Unholy Trinity is a Black metal from Illinois, USA. They have released one EP in 2005, entitled "Omnimalevolence". They feature ex-Nachtmystium members, and Aamonael of Avichi. They were put on hold in 2006 for Aamonael to concerntrate on his project.

2) Unholy Trinity was a blackened death metal band from New York, USA. They released one EP "Imperial Frost" in 2005. They split up soon afterwards with little information if they continued with other projects.
