Artist Info: Uli Rennert

Uli Rennert (* 25 September 1960 in Frankfurt am Main; † 5 February 2021 in Graz was an Austrian jazz musician (piano, synthesizer), composer and university teacher.

Rennert was born the son of the opera singer Anny Schlemm and the conductor Wolfgang Rennert. From 1967 to 1979 he had lessons in piano with Norbert Brecht, composition with Hans Kracke at the Dr. Hoch'schen Konservatorium in Frankfurt am Main.
