Three Cent Stamp (abbreviated 3cS) is a one man electronic artist from USA. The band was formed by Chris Horrall (also DJ Patchwork.) who plays all instruments.

With listed influences such as: Together, Amesoeurs, Daft Punk, and Black Moth Super Rainbow you can expect something sincere and unlike much music produced today.

He is currently recording for his first EP titled less than three ep which will be released later in 2009.
