There are multiple artists under this name:

1) Sugah was an American R&B group composed of Charlene Keys or Tweet, Susan "Susie" Weems, and Rolita White. They were under Devante Swing's Swing Mob collective, better known as Da Bassment. Weems and White were the first to join in 1992 after being discovered by Devante in Cleveland, with Rochester native Keys joining two years later.
