SparklingFish is a solo project by Matt Hawkins of pictureframes & The Alexander Kibble Abstraction (Uk). The Sparklingfish debut "All Memories Erased" an meloncholy acoustic venture was released as a free album in 2008, still available for free on Last.Fm.
