Solyaris is Giorgio Robino, an ambient musician based in Genoa, Italy. His music is an attempt to produce "timescapes", sort of soundscapes with the explicit aim to see beyond the time illusion. Resulting in meditative, relaxing, hypnotic, deep, and shimmering ambient music, performed with lap steel and electric guitars, treated with delays and hyper-overdubbing, surfing in quasi-tonal crippled bit detuned slow-motion plucked coral liquid soups.
