Artist Info: Simon Ho

Simon Ho (a.k.a. Hostettler) is a highly acclaimed Swiss composer and pianist. He is a musician who knows no stylistic boundaries. He has been studying and working within different styles and registers for the past twenty years. As a freelance composer for theatre companies and contemporary music, he has become well-known both in Switzerland and internationally.

For his masters in composition, he has studied with Cristobal Halffter (E) and Edison Denisov (GUS); he has furthermore worked in seminars with Pierre Boulez in Paris. [read more...]
