Shawn Lov began his career as a recording artist in Trenton, New Jersey with the release of his first LP 'Speak of the Devil' in 1994, which led to guest appearances including Video Music Box (1994-1995), performing as the opener for King Sun, Mobb Deep, Big Pun and Ol' Dirty Bastard (1995), and as a musical guest on The Jenny Jones Show (1998).
