… says the young Californian who has been living in Hamburg, Germany for a bit over 3 years now.

After leaving the U.S. as a “political refugee” when George W. Bush was re-elected in 2005, Shaolyn (otherwise known as Lynne Welton) came to the birthplace of hard electronic music: Germany.
