Jayvon Jones also known as SemiHomie or Semi Homie was an upcoming recording artist hailing from Saratoga in Northeast Washington, D.C. He is mostly known for his hit songs “I Miss You” and “Deja Vu” and his unique adlib “on the men” which went viral in 2022. Semi was constantly hitting at least 100,000 views with each new song he released on YouTube when he was shot and killed on February 21, 2023 at age 21.
