RRRRRRR is the first Gothic Rock band from Uruguay.
Before beginning RRRRRRR, Lady Ego (leader) had previously given his voice to the band Insurrección (1986-1987), but after the band went their separate ways, Lady Ego began to experiment and develop his ideas in collaboration with others, until the first line-up of the band was defined, around 1988.
After a year of rehearsal, RRRRRRR played their first gig at the theatre "El Tinglado" in Montevideo, Uruguay. [read more...]
