The project was formed in 2008 in the town of Gatchina, Leningrad region, Russian Federation. In fact Raptor System - is the music of one person (the creator, producer and composer Miloslav Vladislavovich Kiselev (Kiselev Miloslav))
in 2011work on the project was completely abandoned.
