Robson is the leader of the group Six Strings & the Beat and co-leader of Partisans, as well as being a long-time sideman with Christine Tobin's band. His reputation is international: he has worked with former Miles Davis musicians such as drummer Billy Hart and saxophonist Dave Liebman.
