OTO was founded by Devin Hayes (20), Dawson Huckabee (18), Sam Jenkins (19), Jon Klaasen (21), and Andrew Bloom (21). Collectively, the 5 members of OTO have amassed in excess of 1.4 million followers on social media and a base of fans known as #Outsiders. Hayes, Klaasen and Bloom met in 2017 while filming the ABC TV show, Boy Band. 2.4 million viewers tuned in weekly to watch them perform for judges Timbaland, Nick Carter and Emma Bunton.
