1) Nenia was an Italian band founded in Piacenza, Italy in 1996. The group started out playing gothic doom metal and released a demo titled "Candles in the Dawn" in 1998. Later Nenia changed genre into experimental and depressive ambient, and released three full-length albums: "La casa del dolore" (2000), "Hospes" (2006) and "Memorie statiche" (2008).
