Artist Info: Mazzeru

Mazzeru is a francophone alternative experimental metal band from Rimouski, Quebec, Canada. The group came together autumn 2009 consisting of three scientists: Olivier Deshais on guitar, Émile Archambault on drums and Domynick Maltais on bass and vocals. The band practiced and wrote throughout the winter then cut a three song demo in April 2010. A few live shows and distribution of the demos has since occurred in between duties as student, professor, lab chemist and father. Hubert Simard subsequently joined as the bassist. [read more...]
