Master Mimz is of a most unusual pedigree as a rapper. She was born on January 19, 1985 in Casablanca, Morocco, where she was raised by her mother to follow all the rules. She grew up playing the piano but when times got rough, she turned to Notorious BIG, Jay-Z, The Fugees, and Salt n Pepa for an emotional outlet.
