Marasme is a band that emerged in Mallorca (Balearic Islands) in 2008 and is currently composed of Joan Rigo (vocals), Tomeu Canyelles (guitar), Jordi Carrasco (guitar), Timothy Llompart (bass), and David Àlvarez ‘Dubi’ (drums).

Appearing during the first wave of post-metal in Spain, they blended their sound with influences from sludge, doom, black metal, and other avant-garde genres to create dark, piercing, emotional, and genuinely furious songs. [read more...]
