
The total output by Maggot Babies seems to be strange improvised home recordings, by an ambiguously sized group of recluses from somewhere in the midwest. Their music seems to defy the entire notion of genre. One song may be a midievil orchestra soundtrack, one may be a sweeping modern love song, the next track may be populated with jews harp, detuned piano, washtub basses, and an electronic drum beat with babling vocals describing alternate dimensions.
