Artist Info: Local Blood

Local Blood is an alternative post-punk band from Vilnius, Lithuania. The band formed in 2014 and is composed of childhood friends who grew up in the same neighborhood.

The band members first became seriously interested in music in their high school years around 2006-2007, inspired by bands like The Killers and Arctic Monkeys. They began learning instruments and writing songs together. After pursuing other interests during their university studies, they reconvened in 2014 with a focus on post-punk music. [read more...]
