Lentikula is the alias of German artist and producer Nils Wolters, who blends elements of ambient, breakbeats, techno and post-punk to create dreamlike soundscapes backed by driving beats. His musical journey began as a child in the 90s, experimenting with the music composer in Mario Paint on the Super Nintendo.

Wolters' passion for music deepened in his early teens when he picked up his first electric bass guitar and formed a metal band with his older brother. [read more...]
