Jonas Sanche, born David Castillo Sánchez in 1987 in Antofagasta, Chile, is a prominent figure in the Latin American hip-hop scene. He relocated to Santiago during his childhood, settling in the La Florida district, where he immersed himself in the local rap culture. His stage name combines a graffiti pseudonym from his youth with his mother's surname.
