蔡依林 ,Jolin Tsai (Chinese: 蔡依林; pinyin: Cài Yīlín; Wade-Giles: Tsai I-lin; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Chhoà I-lîm), born September 15th, 1980, is a Golden Melody Award winning Taiwanese Mandopop singer. She is one of the most successful and popular singers in the Mandarin music market.
