Jackie Gotroe (born Jack Gautreaux, December 22, 1939) is a rockabilly music artist. He was born in Effingham, Illinois. He's the son of a Cajun Frenchman from Louisiana and a Jewish girl from Rochester, New York, an unlikely combination that lasted happily for 57 years.
