Born in Barcelona, Spain, Irene Bauzá (IreneB) was introduced to the world of r&b/soul music
at the tender age of 6. She was raised listening to R&B music such as Bobby Brown, Michael
Jackson, Boyz II Men, Mariah Carey, and Whitney Houston, just to name a few, that inspired
her to pursue her own career as a singer/songwriter.

At the age of 18 she started studying music at the Aula de Música Moderna y Jazz del Liceo
