Kim Youngkyun (김영균; born May 11, 1999), better known by his stage name Hwiyoung (휘영) is a South Korean rapper and singer-songwriter under FNC Entertainment. He is a member of the boy group SF9.

He is also a member of the project boy group SHAX under the name Lee Hyun (이현).
