Artist Info: Hoi Voodoo

Hoi Voodoo are a mysterious Japanese group known only by the monikers Record and Hawaii. Their almost unclassifiable music features amongst other things synth-pop disfigurations, melodies hijacked from children's TV shows, vocal retardation and a great deal of non-instrument sounds. Apart from appearing on a number of compilations Hoi Voodoo released one album in 1996 titled Fast Video, featuring contributions from guest musicians Mitsuhiro Hayashida, Ahh!
