‘Hardcore Uproar’ was a civil uprising during 1989-91. Set against Britain’s economic decline it re-defined crowd policing tactics, prompted the governments revision of The Criminal Justice Act and gave birth to a soundtrack that would irrevocably changed the face of dance music.
