Gain Factor are pioneers in the genre of Tilecore, alternatively described as "absolutely terrible" and "somehow incredibly catchy".

Formed in Hobart, Tasmania in mid-2012, the line-up consists of three main members: Haydon, Nathan and Damian. Guest vocalists often turn up for one/two tracks before disappearing again, and these three are the most consistent.
