ephelant was born out of nothing and placed into the mind of a small child named stephen. more than an early childhood speech impediment; to stephen, ephelant was a larger than life personality who journeyed along side him through the early years of his life.

to most, ephelant was imaginary; but to stephen, ephelant was a very real being that moved between the two worlds. the two were inseparable, but as stephen grew up he began to lose his ability to connect with his aging friend. [read more...]
