Elman Music was born on January 18, 1964, in Baku, Azerbaijan. From a young age, he showed a great interest in music and began his musical career by performing in various ensembles. Elman graduated from the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts with a degree in directing and acting (1987-1992), receiving his music education.
