Trying to pinpoint the actual year of Dummy Jar's official inception is a task that escapes most chronologists and biographers, as the band's history is one crowded with fictive legends, dodgy characters (i.e. the questionable Dr. Larry Reina), and baffling gaps in any attempt to construct a reasonable timeline.
