The year was 1998, in the small town of New Carlisle, Ohio. The four piece metal machine known as Destracore played their first notes. In a kitchen Don Potter, Dan Fisher, Shawn Hymer, and Ryan Hough formed a bond that would last for many years. Starting out by playing covers from the artist they looked up to, everything from Black Sabbath, Alice in Chains, Metallica, Godsmack, they toned their chemistry and found an identity that would pave the way for original material.
