Degenek is a nuclear thrash speed metal band from the city of Banja Luka, a capitol of Republic of Srpska.

They have a cult status among the metalheads in their hometown. Degenek performs their songs (total hits such as: Balada o Krvi i Medu, Lopatom u Glavu, Krmeća Glavuša, Metal Degenek, Thrash Gordon...), and some covers as well (of a Serbian thrash metal cult Horror Piknik - Masovna Sarana, Smrt Dolazi & Horor, Strah, Užas, Kraj).
