Artist Info: David Glivar

David received his formal music education at Ohio University, studying music composition under Dr. Mark Phillips and tuba under Dr. Jason Roland Smith. Throughout his education at OU, David worked to find a balance between the formal and informal music realms – drawing on the minimalists from the formal and uncountable musicians from the informal.
