Artist Info: Corinna May

Corinna May (10 October 1970 in Bremen, Germany) is a singer from Germany. As a child she was already used to music; her father had a huge collection of jazz albums. Soon Corinna started singing in a school choir and a gospel choir.

After several talent competitions Corinna May could release her first album in 1997; it was a jazz album, produced by herself. Two years later she released an album called "Wie ein Stern" (Like a Star).

Her final breakthrough came in 1999 with the German preselections for the Eurovision Song Contest. [read more...]
