Chandelle is a three-piece band from Hawaii, now currently residing in Southern California.
Chandelle is Jess Penner (guitars and vocals), Mandy Dyunen (Bass), Kevin Penner (Drums).
The band also goes by the name "Jess Penner" and has gained some success with their catchy, slightly melancholic alt-pop songs. Several of their songs have been featured on commercials domestically and internationally.
